If you subscribe to a paid plan, we may collect your payment details. Credit card processing is handled by a secure, third-party payment provider. This provider is only authorized to use your information for payment processing and is not allowed to store or use it for any other purpose.

You may view, update, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account and clicking the Settings icon. We do not use your Personal Information for marketing purposes unless you give us explicit permission.

Ostendio does not sell, rent, trade, loan, or distribute your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Legal Rights: To establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims.

12. Privacy Rights for Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut Residents
