Customer Success Team
Building and managing your Security and Risk Management program is critical and you shouldn’t have to go it alone. Ostendio’s Customer Success team is dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of the Ostendio MyVCM Platform.
Each customer gets a dedicated Customer Success manager who guides them through on-boarding, training, and regular check-in meetings across the customer lifecycle. Along the way, they help train users on new capabilities and share best practices gleaned from working with hundreds of other customers. Ostendio Customer Success Managers also serve as a voice for customers into our Product Management team, to help prioritize new capabilities based on user feedback.
