Imagine taking a proactive and personalized approach to help our clients as they embark on the difficult, yet worthy, journey of making their organizations more secure.  The Client Success Manager role empathically and methodically, helps our clients utilize our system primarily for SOC-2, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS audits, as well as other risk and security needs.

Everyday activities

We believe in transparency, so here are the main daily activities you might expect in this role:

  • Meet with clients in a way that aligns with our professionalism, values, and brand.

  • Proactively develop client adoption roadmaps and successfully implement churn prevention strategies based on client data, history, knowledge, and gut.

  • Lead business reviews and client meetings proactively backed by a ton of preparation, prior industry knowledge, and major finesse.  We want true leaders within this role to help our clients build something great.

  • Provide on-demand demonstrations of our product as needed to help clients further adopt the platform.  Do you come from a technical background?  We would love for you to apply!

  • Documentation. No, you can’t get away from it.  Not only do you get to document how clients are getting the most out of our platform/experience, but you also get to find ways to use the data that you collected to help provide guidance and develop our client success, product, sales, and marketing efforts.

  • Resolve client concerns by interacting with other departments and teams.  This is the best part because we have an outstanding culture.

  • Celebrate successes, relay feedback, and resolve complaints.  Our clients need to see action and accountability.  You get to promote that within our organization.

  • Collaboration all day. Our client success efforts need an experienced person to interact productively while helping to build out processes and procedures collaboratively.

Position requirements

Proven experience in the cybersecurity, security, or risk fields and possess 1-3 years of applicable customer success experience.  You must be able to be business minded and anticipate our clients’ needs.  You will need to be comfortable professionally displaying your problem-solving skills, collaborative ability, communication skills, and helpful nature related to our product in one on one and group meetings.  Basically, we are looking for someone that can appreciate the balance of being an advocate for our clients, as well as promoting our award-winning platform simultaneously. 

The salary offered for this position is $70k-$100k depending on experience. At this time, Ostendio will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
